Our community room, gymnasium, auditorium, outdoor lot space, and open rooms are available to be rented at the Lincoln Resource Center. We have space for any type of event, so get in contact with us and book your space!

Everything You Need to Know Before You Book

 

How do I book a space?

To reserve a date, submit a Facility Rental Request Form. A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to hold your date and time.

When is my final payment due?

The remaining balance of your rental fee is due seven (7) days prior to your event. Any additional costs (like catering or extra hours) are due before the start time of your event.

What’s included with my rental?

You’ll get 1.5 hours to set up before your event and 45 minutes after to clean up, both at no extra cost. Tables and chairs are included for free. You’re responsible for setting up and putting everything back the way you found it. If you’d like our team to handle setup for you, choose the Setup Add-On for $50.

What’s your cancellation policy?

The 50% deposit becomes nonrefundable within 10 days of the event. No refunds are available within 5 days of your scheduled date. This is to prevent lost bookings for your reserved date.

Can I decorate the space?

Yes—with limits. No nails, screws, or staples. Only low-tack tape is allowed on walls or floors. No glitter or foil confetti is permitted.

Who is responsible for cleanup?

Renters must leave the space clean and return it to its original condition. Trash must be removed, and all equipment must be taken down within two hours post-event.

Can I store items before or after my event?

Limited storage may be available upon request, with additional fees for items left overnight or beyond the rental period.
